Introduction to intelligent counting machine
X-RAY counting machine is used for fast counting of reel materials used in the production of SMT
industry. It takes industry 4.0 as the standard and intelligent modular design and assembly.
It can be equipped with artificial intelligence deep learning software and cloud update system for all
items of materials such as 7-17 inches Tape Reel/Tra/IC.
Use X-ray imaging technology to detect production materials and obtain image information, and
quickly count through image algorithms to obtain the actual quantity of materials. At the same time,
the number of materials can be classified and counted according to categories, and the data
information can be connected to the MES system.
